Our Clients Base Includes

Water &
MUD Districts

A Water/MUD District is a political subdivision of the State of Texas authorized by the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to provide water, sewage, and other services within the MUD boundaries. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 49 and 54 of the Texas Water Code, a MUD is empowered to purchase, operate, and maintain all facilities, plants, and improvements necessary to provide water, sanitary sewer service, storm sewer drainage, irrigation, solid waste collection, and disposal, including recycling, and to construct parks and recreational facilities for the residents of the MUD.

Emergency Services Districts

An Emergency Service District operates under Chapter 775 of the Health and Safety Code. The Emergency Service District is empowered to provide fire protection, ambulance and rescue services to the persons in its boundaries which will be conducive to their public safety, health, welfare and convenience.

Redevelopment Authorities

A Redevelopment Authority is set up as a local government corporation pursuant to provisions of Chapter 431 of the Texas Transportation Code and Chapter 394 of the Texas Local Government Code. The Redevelopment Authority is organized as a public non-profit corporation for the purpose of aiding and acting on behalf of the City in the performance of its governmental function to promote the common good and general welfare of a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone to develop, encourage and maintain housing, educational facilities, employment, commerce and economic development in a City.
